There are many ways to boost the self image and build confidence, sometimes it starts early and parents help to develop it when we are young but as we grow life gives us situations where the graph starts going up and down and then in that period people who don’t know how to bring it up loose that spark in them and enter the grind where life is there but living it has ceased.

Physically being fit is the second way, when you exercise hard in any form that makes you forget your self, it can be dance, aerobics, swimming, riding etc. You get an elevated feeling and this feeling helps one to bounce back in life and take up more challenges, you feel the adrenaline rush, you feel power and powerful equivalent to a high profile high paying job which gives you power but don’t forget the stress and the politics involved so easy and better to EXERCISE.
